ABOUT SYNDHIA
Syndhia is a fulfillment focused leadership coach and organizational consultant who works with high performing professionals navigating visibility, burnout, and belonging at work, and with organizations that want cultures where people can grow without losing themselves in the process.
Her path into leadership development has been shaped by hands on work inside organizations, partnering closely with leaders, HR teams, and people managers as they navigate change, growth, and complex human challenges. For more than a decade, she has designed and facilitated leadership development programs, advised People teams on culture and engagement strategy, and supported professionals across sectors through moments of transition and recalibration.
Most recently, Syndhia served as Head of Inclusive Engagement at Handshake, where she led company wide leadership programming, ERG governance and strategy, sponsorship initiatives, and engagement efforts. Across her career, she has worked with executives, People and Talent teams, and emerging leaders to translate values into everyday practices that support both people and performance.
Over time, this work led her more deeply into coaching, especially with capable, committed professionals who are often carrying more than their share and questioning what success is supposed to feel like at this stage of their careers. In coaching, Syndhia helps clients slow down, reconnect with their values, rebuild trust in themselves, and make decisions they can stand behind, not just decisions that keep things moving.
Her approach is practical, relational, and shaped by lived experience as a queer, Afro Latina, and daughter of Caribbean immigrants. That lens informs how she understands leadership, ambition, and the quiet pressures many people carry in systems that were not built with them in mind.
